Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and donations made through the Cali D’Cuisine website (the “Site”). This policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

 

1) Donations (Non-Refundable)

 

All donations are final and non-refundable, including one-time and recurring donations, except where a refund is required by law.

2) Catering and Custom Services

 

Cancellations, refunds, deposits, headcount changes, rescheduling, and related terms for catering and custom culinary services are governed by the separate written catering/service contract you sign with Cali D’Cuisine. If there is any conflict, the signed contract controls.

3) Classes, Workshops, Experiences, and Ticketed Events

​

Refund and rescheduling terms may vary by offering and will be shown at checkout, on the registration page, or in confirmation messages.

Unless an offering states otherwise in writing:

  • All sales are final once your purchase is completed.

  • No-shows are not refundable.

  • We may offer rescheduling or a credit at our discretion if you request it in advance and space is available.

 

4) If We Cancel

​

If Cali D’Cuisine cancels an event/class/experience, we will offer (our choice depending on the situation):

  • a refund to the original payment method, or

  • a credit toward a future offering, or

  • a rescheduled date.

 

5) Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors

 

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate transaction), contact us and we will review and correct errors where applicable.
