Empowerment Program

Our 9-week culinary cohort teaches young adults with intellectual and developmental

disabilities essential cooking skills through hands-on, collaborative sessions. We meet 3 times a

week for 2 hours during the day, learning everything from kitchen safety to hosting a gathering,

all in a supportive environment.
