This Privacy Policy describes how Cali D’Cuisine, Inc. (“Cali D’Cuisine,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website (the “Site”), submit forms, register for offerings, donate, or otherwise interact with us.

  • Registration and purchase details (what you register for or purchase, dates, attendance details)

  • Donation details (amount and frequency)

  • Communications (messages you send via forms, email, or other channels)

  • Dietary preferences/allergy information if you choose to provide it for services or events (please only share what’s necessary)

  • IP address and approximate location (e.g., city/state)

2) How We Use Information

3) Wix Platform and Service Providers

 

Our Site is hosted on Wix. Wix and Wix-integrated features (such as forms, email marketing tools, member management, payments, and site security features) may process information to operate the Site and provide services.

We may also use service providers (such as payment processors, email/communications tools, and analytics providers). These providers process information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.

 

4) Payments and Donations

 

Payments and donations are processed through Wix-supported payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own systems (payment processing is handled by the payment provider).

 

5) Cookies and Analytics (No Ads)

 

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential site functions (required for the Site to work)

  • Analytics to measure Site traffic and usage and improve performance (when enabled)

 

We plan to use third-party analytics tools. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive information such as device/browser details, IP address, and on-site activity (pages visited, clicks, session timing).

 

We do not currently run paid advertising campaigns and do not intentionally use analytics for cross-context behavioral advertising.

 

Your choices

  • You can manage cookies through your browser settings (block/delete cookies).

  • If we enable a cookie banner/consent tool, you can use it to manage analytics cookie preferences (where available).

  • Blocking cookies may limit some Site features.

 

6) Email Marketing and Unsubscribing

 

If you opt in to marketing emails (newsletter, updates, promotions), you can unsubscribe anytime using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send non-marketing messages (receipts, confirmations, important service updates).

Current practice: We do not knowingly sell personal information. We also do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our analytics setup ever changes in a way that triggers opt-out rights, we will provide an appropriate opt-out method (for example, through cookie preferences and/or a dedicated request process).
